TaiChi + QiGong For Reducing Blood Pressure

Participants will be learning soothing gentle TaiChi + QiGong exercises that enhance the energy flow in various organ energy systems, that aid in lowering blood pressure and increasing vitality. Each week will build upon the previous week, and participants will enjoy learning a simple, soothing and effective TaiChi flow sequence by the end of the series.
