“As a senior myself, I am very aware of the needs of people exercising with personal limitations and modifying according to their physical condition. My greatest satisfaction is seeing seniors enjoying exercise and benefitting from the physical, mental and emotional effects. My philosophy is that it is never too late to start to improve your fitness. The key is to start small, build up over time and be patient with yourself. Improving your breathing, muscle strength, flexibility and balance will enhance your life and extend your years.”
